Changes to the mileage plan will result in an adjustment of the periodic FlexLease payment.
Mileage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Any mileage over the new limit will be billed at the overage rate specified in the new plan and the FlexLease Agreement.
All other terms of the original FlexLease Agreement remain unchanged and in full effect.
The new mileage plan does not change any of my obligations under the FlexLease agreement.
This addendum becomes effective upon FlexRide's confirmation of receipt and approval.
